I’ve no idea if this is a good idea. But I’ve been reading a lot of people write about standing desks and the health and motivational effects they can have. I realised that my work set up could be converted into a improvised standing desk and as its a very short work week this week, I’ve decided to commit to giving it a go. Work week this week is only three days, so here I am on Wednesday standing at my desk. A few hours in and my feet are unsurprisingly sore, but I think that is to be expected.
