Its official. Bread hates me. Three out of three loafs I’ve backed in the last week have failed completely. And one of them was just a ‘basic white’. No fair.

  1. You really need to go beyond a bread machine, particularly for fancier recipes, the high water content ones are achievable but seem to need longer rest periods between mixing and the main kneading phase.
