The Job interview…

Well, for a start there was a panel of FIVE (that was a shock as I walked into the room, hope it didn’t show on my face). Questions and Answers followed. I got hit with a curly tech question which I only worked out the answer for on my way home afterwards (typical).
All in all, average, stand a good chance, see what happens, not getting my hopes up too high.

  1. 5. Nasty.
Did you have Matt Leach from Personnel in the interview?

  2. There was a cute young thing from personnel, don’t remember his name.

  3. Five interviewers is a bit of overkill, unless you are five people.
Or you could remember that you’re interviewing them almost as much as they’re interviewing you, and consider it to be a good chance to see a broad cross-reference of potential colleagues.
    Triteness aside — good luck.

  4. The best job interview I’ve done at Sydney University was a five panal interview. The good thing about that is that the more people there are the higher the chances are that you will find someone on your wavelength.
