File names

Actu­al­ly, now that I’ve had a nights sleep I’ve fig­ured out how to get Mov­able­Type to use the file names that I want so there will be no cahgne to the old links. There will be no webrot and no cob­we­bing going on here… at least not today.
Hmm, too many of the recent entries have been blogs about this blog… which is get­ting a bit wierd…

  1. Don’t wor­ry about blog­ging about your blog — it’s some­thing you can be sure that all your read­ers have in com­mon — they look at your page.
    I like the new look, but I was kind of dis­ap­point­ed to see that it was basi­cal­ly a default look. Oh well.

  2. Nev­er real­ly thought about the fact that any­one crazy enough to read this thing must there­fore read this thing… the zeroth law of writ­ing.
    Yeah, it is default, but its nice to see they did some work to make the defaults rea­son­able. But don’t wor­ry a quick trip t the stylesheets and I could have the place look­ing exat­ly like it did before the change… but I’m think­ing I should use the optur­ni­ty to make some decent design changes for once.

  4. The one con­stat in the uni­verse is chage. Fun­ny that it should also be our most pri­mal civ­i­lized fear.
