Re-doing the site… again

So I’ve spent a fair bit of time late­ly check­ing out what is new in the world of web design, and dicid­ed I real­ly need to fix up my less than pre­fect lay­out, to that end I’m work­ing towards a redux of my cur­rent design. And to test it I’ve put up a sam­ple.

  1. Nice. Most­ly. Side­bar is a bit of a bur­den.
    Con­tent-wise: Update your blurb or some­thing. Maybe add a sexy list of movies you’ve gone to see. 🙂

  2. If by ‘bur­den’ you mean it has too much fuck­ing stuff in it, then yeah, I had noticed that, but I’m work­ing on the lay­out first, I’ll fix up the con­tent bit next.

  3. Your text on archived pages is very very small by default in IE6/Win.
    It’s a bit annoying/mystifying hav­ing to click through to the archive page to leave a com­ment.

  4. I’m look­ing into the small font thing… not sure where that came from yet, prob­a­bly just left out a div or some­thing.
    As for the com­ment on the archive page… I decid­ed I real­ly do hate, hate, hate pop-up win­dows. So neeer.
