If your on time then your late!

Of all the bullshit you hear in the work place, comments like ‘If your on time then your late’ really piss me off. For a start, it doesn’t make any sense, and being deliberately nonsensical might well be funny when granddad says it, it does not automatically mean that the comment is a witty, and insightful gem of wisdom. For seconds, I loth this sort of preachiness, rather than create a work environment that will encourage the employees to be early, the boss simple says something ‘pithy’ like this and thinks that that’ll motivate everyone. Lead by action, by innovation, by morales, by standards, and all else will follow.
