So as the year draws quickly and rather quietly to a close I can’t help but reflect on where I was last New Years eve, and all the things that looked rosy and fabulous for the coming year, and then I think of just how much of all of that stuff failed, lost loves and friends, things that could of been, but for one reason or another didn’t turn out the way I would have liked. While I’m used to things not turning out like I planned, it has in the past been due to a lack of effort on my part, but this year… well I tried, I did my best, and nothing. So things don’t turn out when I try, and things don’t turn out when I don’t… someone wanna suggest a third option here???
