Finally there is an official Apple store in Sydney. A shop where ‘just looking’ is a perfectly acceptable reason for being there and the staff will leave you alone if that is what you want.A place where ‘just after some info’ is treated the same as ‘i want to buy lots’.
I wasn’t expecting to have to make use of the new Genius Bar so soon. But my poor laptop crapped itself Monday morning, so I took it in yesterday evening and chatted to a nice geniuses about it. He actually listened to me when I told him the things I had already tried. He actually tried a few things that I hadn’t and then he agreed with me that it was indeed a hardware problem and booked it in for an under warranty service.
Hope my little lappy enjoys its stay.
