You need to be a member. Is not very friendly, but is: a) freely hosted, b) very easy to use otherwise.
Have updated the “faq” page to hopefully help with this:

Strange little idea, I need to be a member of you blog to post comments… but what the hell, I’ll sign up for almost anything on the net that doesn’t ask for my credit card number. (This might explain the can’s of spam I get each day.)
