Navision is the truly crappy system that for some reason we use at work. It sucks for many, many profound and fundamental reasons, far too numerous to go through. Of all the bullshit you hear in the work place, comments like ‘If your on time then your late’ really piss me off. For a start, it doesn’t make any sense, and being deliberately nonsensical might well be funny when granddad says it, it does not automatically mean that the comment is a witty, and … If your on time then your late!

So today I was the only full-time staff at the shop, there was also a casual working, and things were busy most of the day, which is good and bad. I’m not sure if being the full-timer made me the one in charge… didn’t really come up at all. I don’t think I made any … Saturdays at work

I get up at 6… and then get ready for work, i count that as work time. I go to work, work for ever, with almost no breaks at all (about 30 mins for lunch… at my desk). And then at 6 I’m still here. Add to that the amount of time I’ve spent dreaming … Twelve hours a day is ENOUGH!!!

Grrr, working on a Saturday is evil. Evil I say!!! Okay, sure so this just happens to be the first time ever I have had to work on a Saturday. But still. Balmain is happening outside, lots of cute guys and gals walking up and down the street in designer three quarter lenght jeans and … Work? On a Saturday? Are you mad?

It’s a strange thing. I’m working - well sort of - on a computer that is old and slow, but the desk arrangement means that there is a nice big window for me to look out of while I wait for the compy to catch up. And I have only just realised that I have … Computer is by the window

Have you ever put a pen down and gotten distracted by someone walking into your office, or someone asking a question, or the pronsite you were broswing, and not really paid much attention to where you put the pen. Then never been able to find it again. I think I might have posted one today.

At work I get a bit bored. So I customise my work computer, mostly this means playing around with screen savers and desktop pictures [wallpapers]. I recently stumbled across the National Geographic website, which amoung all the other stuff has a Picture of the Day. The pictures are always beautiful, the subject matter not always … Desktop anyone?

Hmmm, a rant on my blog… a strong cup of instant coffee… and its not even 10 yet… this is going to be a doozy of a week.
